Chesterfield Special Cylinders appoints new Quality Manager

Chesterfield Special Cylinders (CSC) has appointed Lesley Kirk as its new Quality Manager, to be based at its Sheffield, UK headquarters.

Lesley arrives with a wealth of experience across the gas, petroleum and manufacturing sectors. She has been involved in quality systems and integrity management throughout her career.

Lesley says: “I have been responsible for critical quality systems across a range of sectors and am excited to join CSC at a time of great ambition and development. The nature of CSC’s work for the most demanding military, oil, gas and renewables sectors means my new role will be central to our delivering the highest standard of products and services to customers worldwide.”

CSC managing director, Mick Pinder, comments: “Lesley is filling a key role, with a remit that includes critical quality, health and safety, and environmental issues. Her work will reach into every function in the company. She is, ultimately, answerable to our customers and will keep CSC at the leading edge of delivering quality across the entire design, production and integrity management process.”
