Chesterfield Special Cylinders offers system design solutions, cylinder manufacture, re-testing and refurbishment services for a range of high pressure, seamless steel gas cylinders for global energy and defence markets. The business is conducted under the ‘Chesterfield’ brand which is a long established name in the cylinders and specialised pressure vessel market.

We were originally formed in 1897, in Chesterfield, and reformed under an MBO in 2004. We can therefore boast over a century of unrivalled manufacturing expertise. The company continues to design, manufacture and offer services for a wide range of high pressure systems including manifolds, skids, trailers and seamless steel gas cylinders.

Chesterfield Special Cylinders is now an operating subsidiary of Pressure Technologies plc, an AIM, Stock Exchange listed company.

Our product range covers cylinders with:

• Capacity Range -     0.5 litre capacity to 2600 litre
• Working pressures - 15 bar to 600 bar.
